I’m Yasmin Felicio. Full-stack developer, Computer Science student and Community Manager at @he4rt.
Since I was a kid I was always connected with the computer by playing games. I graduated from high school with technical course as Computer Technician and now I’m currently doing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at University Anhembi Morumbi.
I’m current learning about web developing with HTML, CSS & JavaScript. I’m also searching more about UI/UX and implementing my knowledge at Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Furthermore, I'm always studying to improve my soft skills.
My hobbies include walking in the park, photography and hanging out with the people that I love. I’m also addicted to sushi and cats.
In 2022, when I really started dedicating myself to studying, I discovered the technology communities, where I got to know He4rt and I started to be an active member, collaborating in everything I could to the point of becoming a moderator and being one of the creators of a inclusive initiative for women and non-binary people to get into tech and be more present in the community.
After a few months, I helped organize He4rt's first face-to-face event, where after a lot of dedication, I was promoted to Community Manager in the administration team.
Communities was where I found my love for technology, where I was welcomed and welcomed a lot of people.
